The new CE marked Hospital at Home solution will provide an extension to the robust Sensium hospital platform, allowing patients to transition to their place of residence far sooner, and with the confidence of knowing that they are receiving hospital quality monitoring. Clinicians have the data they need to act on deteriorating patients in any setting, including pre and post hospital admission.

The new portfolio features an innovative plug and play Sensium Bridge with cellular connection and vastly increased communication range to ensure reliable data communication from the patients home to the healthcare provider. The re-designed Sensium patch features an accelerometer, allowing Clinicians to put vital signs in context with daily patient activity/posture. System algorithms have been updated to ensure the highest accuracy of targeted notifications, efficiently bringing the nurse to the deteriorating patient.
